Visualping starts free: 150 checks a month across 5 pages, at no cost and with no credit card. Paid plans are sold either month-to-month or annually, and annual billing works out cheaper per month. The plan table on this page lists the current price for both billing options alongside the check volume, page limit, and check frequency for every tier. Solutions plans are quoted per deal.
The free plan covers 5 pages with 150 checks a month. Sixty minutes is the shortest check interval you can select, and the monthly allowance supports checking all 5 pages about once a day. It includes visual, text, and element change detection, Visualping AI change summaries, important-change flagging on every alert, email alerts, webhook delivery, REST API access, the MCP server, Telegram, and n8n. SMS alerts start on the Personal 5K plan. Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Sheets are Business features.
Starting a Business trial gives you 14 days of Business features with no card on file. When it ends, monitoring stops, and we email you before and after. Pick a plan to keep it running. If you don't, the account becomes a free personal account two weeks later. Nothing is ever charged automatically, because there is no card on file.
Either works, and you can change later. Month-to-month keeps the most flexibility, while annual billing costs less for the same plan. The plan table on this page shows both prices side by side for every tier. Annual plans are covered by the refund policy too: if you cancel early, unused months are refunded without the annual discount.
Most of our Visualping for Business customers are on tailored plan. A high number of web pages and/or checks often requires for a custom plan, tailored to your unique situation. Contact sales for your custom plan.

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your user dashboard, under Account Settings > Profile. Please contact our billing team if you pay by wire transfer.

Yes, you can mix and match: For example, you can have two 5k workspaces and one 10k workspace. The only restriction is that your business subscription must be for an amount of $1200/yr, $140/mo, or greater.
These work differently. If you run out of checks, monitoring pauses until your monthly allowance resets or you move to a larger plan. If you reach your page limit, the pages you already monitor keep running, but you cannot activate another one from your dashboard until you pause a monitor, add pages, or change plans. Your monthly check allowance does not roll over, so unused checks from it do not carry into the next month. Extra checks you buy separately stay on your account.

Yes. Every plan issues API keys, including the free plan, and the MCP server is available on all plans so AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can create and read monitors. There is no separate API allowance: API usage draws on your plan's normal monthly check quota.
Visualping for Business includes many advanced features to help your team monitor and manage web page changes at scale. The most popular features in Visualping for Business are custom and dedicated support, advanced reports, folders and labels to keep your monitored pages organized, and integrations with popular messaging apps like Slack and Microsoft Teams. A check happens every time Visualping visits a page to check it for changes. For example: one page, monitored daily, would use up to 31 checks per month. The free plan includes enough checks to monitor its 5 pages about once a day, and every paid plan includes enough to monitor its included pages several times a day.
A Visualping for Business account contains one or more workspaces. A workspace is the central location for all your change alerts, and it's where you and your team can manage your monitored pages using folders, labels, filtering features, and much more. Each workspace has its own pricing plan, incurring a distinct cost. Workspaces include a limited number of monthly checks, pages and users. Depending on your needs, you can purchase one large workspace for your whole team to use, or multiple workspaces for individual employees, teams, projects, or clients.
To increase the number of pages you can monitor within a workspace without upgrading the number of checks, page add-ons are available. Additional pages can be allocated across workspaces however you like. Contact us for more information.
All of our plans include low-priority email support. Our advanced support plans include remote hands (we'll completely take care of setting up and managing your monitored pages for you), guaranteed response times, and training.
If you have exceeded the number of users in your workspace, you can add an additional users for just $60/year.
No, you need to have a combination of workspace plans, extra pages, and/or support to benefit from the Visualping for Business features. You can subscribe, for example, to one Business 5k workspace for $300 per year but will need to add a support package for and/or extra pages to reach $1200. Contact us to exercise this option.
Change history is kept for three months by default. Business accounts can extend retention to one year, and longer retention of five or seven years is available on request.
Yes, on every plan including Free. Add Actions to a monitor to type your username and password and click log in before each check, or record the steps once in the Chrome extension and Visualping replays them. For logins with two-factor authentication or SSO, use the extension's local monitors: they check the page in your own browser, using the session you are already signed in to, whenever Chrome is open.
