Happy April!
It’s been a great kickoff to spring 2024 at Visualping. Here’s why.
As an AI-powered website monitoring tool, it’s always been our mission to use innovative technologies to help you stay on top of web changes, while helping you save time.
This month, we officially released Summarizer and Analyzer – two features at the forefront of Visualping AI that encapsulate this mission.
With Summarizer, get AI-generated summaries in your change alerts, so you understand the update faster. With Analyzer, include an assessment of whether the change is important to you, according to what you specifically care about on the page -- so you can gauge the impact, beyond the details.
In addition, this month we also released two-minute frequency monitoring. For those looking to stay on top of urgent updates, you can now do so, as frequently as every two minutes.
Here’s everything you need to know.
Summary of Visualping’s New Features and Releases from April:
-
The official launch of Summarizer, from Visualping AI, so you can understand web changes faster.
-
The official launch of Analyzer, from Visualping AI, so you can assess the importance of a change, according to what matters to you.
-
Introducing two-minute frequencies, so you can catch time-sensitive changes even faster than before.
-
Integrate Summarizer and Analyzer in our webhook and Google Sheets, so you can review many summaries at once, and filter for important updates.
-
Summarizer and Analyzer now in your dashboard, so you can both review and manage your summaries and analysis in your workspace.
-
Learner now in your dashboard, so you can provide feedback and automatically improve the relevancy of your alerts in your workspace.
We Officially Launched Visualping AI
Understand Changes More Quickly with Summarizer
The first AI feature we launched this month was Summarizer. Monitor any web page with AI with concise, human-like summaries of the change. Summarizer leverages Generative AI to enhance your alerts with summaries.

Understand changes faster with AI summaries in your alerts.

Instead of merely notifying you when an update has occurred, you get a explanation of everything that changed, so you can skip over the details, and understand what changed faster.
Summarizer Pricing
Summarizer is free for all Visualping for Business users. Summaries are automatically included in your alerts.
Assess the Impact, not the Details, with Analyzer
The second Visualping AI feature we released this month was Analyzer.
Beyond explaining all the changes that occured on the page, Analyzer understands what you’re specifically after – the exact update that’s relevant to you. Analyzer enhances the summaries by telling you whether the change is important, highlighitng what's relevant to you.

Assess whether the change is important to you with Analyzer.

You can assess the impact, beyond the details, with custom AI analysis.
Save Time and Reduce the Noise, with Analyzer
The subject lines of your Analyzer email alerts also state whether the change is important or not. This means you have the option to filter out unimportant alerts straight into your junk folder, so you cut through the noise, and only get notified of what’s important.
By processing less alerts, you can also save even more time, while staying in the know.
Even further, soon, you'll have the ability to completely eliminate unimportant updates from your inbox altogether, if you choose to do so. Or, you can continue to receive Analyer alerts that are both unimportant and important, and easily assess their relevance with the custom AI analysis.
Analyzer Pricing
Analyzer is available for Business users for $100/month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. Get in touch with our prompt engineers to discuss what matters to your business.
Introducing Two-Minute Frequency
Stay One Step Ahead of Urgent Updates – Now, Even Faster
Before this month, the fastest you could automatically monitor pages for changes with Visualping was every five minutes. Now, get notified as quickly as every two minutes!
The frequency is also available for monitoring and editing jobs in bulk.

Monitor web changes as often as every two minutes.

When setting up a new job, simply select the two minute option. For those tracking time-sensitive updates, and who want to get notified even faster, you can now do so.
Integrate AI Summaries and Analysis into Our Webhook and Google Sheets
Now, you can integrate summaries and analysis through our webhook solution, and also in your own Google Sheets.
In Sheets, review many summaries, from over time, in a glance, in their own Summarizer column. And, with the new “Important” column, easily identify which updates were important or not – Analyzer categorizes each change as important or not with TRUE or FALSE labels.
This means you can cut through the noise by filtering for relevant updates in your Google Sheets workflow.
As previously mentioned, you can also filter for important changes with Analyzer in your email, by filtering unimportant alerts into your junk folder.
Visualping AI Now in Your Dashboard
Review Summarizer and Analyzer in Your Dashboard Workflow
Now, process and manage your summaries and analysis in your dashboard workflow.
Navigate through your alerts, and their associated summaries and analysis, by simply selecting one of your jobs -- the associated summary or analysis will appear to the right side of the dashboard.

Review and manage your summaries and analysis in your dashboard.

Learner now in your dashboard
Similarly, you can now also provide feedback and automatically improve the relevancy of your alerts from your dashboard. Simply select a job and, from the subsequent alerts that appear to the right side, provide a thumbs up or a thumbs down to submit your feedback.
That’s all for this month, folks!
