What Visualping Solutions adds to your AI monitoring
Summary: The Solutions tier adds upgraded AI models for dense documents, Visual Analyzer for image-based changes, prompt engineering support, custom data outputs, pre-set monitoring starter packs, adaptive AI feedback, and gated data monitoring behind logins and paywalls.
AI Summaries and Important Alerts are available on every Visualping plan, including free accounts. They handle the core workflow: detect a change, summarize it in plain language, and flag it if it matches your prompt. (For a full overview of these features, see our Visualping AI guide.)
But some monitoring needs go beyond self-service setup. Regulated industries tracking hundreds of source pages. Competitive intelligence programs watching visual changes across product catalogs. Teams that need change data piped into internal systems in specific formats.
The Solutions tier is built for these use cases. Here's what it adds.

The LLM upgrade that catches what standard models miss
Solutions customers get access to more powerful language models for sharper, more detailed change analysis. The standard AI model handles most pages well. The upgraded LLM is built for the hard stuff:
- Dense regulatory documents where a single word swap carries legal weight
- Pricing pages with nested tiers, conditional discounts, and bundled features
- Technical documentation where one parameter change affects everything downstream
The result is more detailed summaries and more accurate Important Alert classifications on these page types.
Visual Analyzer: AI for image-based changes
Standard monitoring catches text changes. Visual Analyzer catches everything else.
Visual Analyzer applies AI analysis to image and visual changes on web pages. This matters for use cases where text monitoring alone misses what's actually happening:
- Ad creative rotations on competitor landing pages, where the headline stays the same but the hero image, CTA button, or layout shifts
- Product catalog images where a new photo, color variant, or "sold out" badge appears without any text change
- Brand compliance monitoring across partner or reseller sites, where unauthorized logo modifications need to be flagged
- Design changes to competitor homepages that signal a repositioning, even when the copy hasn't moved
Visual Analyzer extends Important Alerts to image-based changes. You can write prompts like "flag visual changes to the hero section or product imagery" and the AI evaluates visual diffs against your criteria.
Prompt Engineering: we build your prompts for you
Writing effective prompts is simple for most use cases (see our prompt writing guide for examples). But some scenarios need more work:
- Multi-condition prompts spanning hundreds of pages with varying criteria
- Domain-specific terminology where general-purpose prompts throw false positives
- Large deployments where prompt quality directly affects operational costs
With the Prompt Engineering service, Visualping's team builds, tests, and tunes prompts for your specific use cases. You describe what you're monitoring and what matters. The team crafts prompts that produce precise Important Alert classifications without trial and error on your end.
This includes ongoing tuning. As your monitoring needs shift or source pages change their structure, the team adjusts prompts proactively.
Custom Data Structure and Output
Standard alerts deliver AI summaries in a fixed format. Custom Data Structure lets you define exactly how change data is structured and delivered.

You specify the exact elements you want tracked and the format you need them in. Say you're monitoring competitor pricing. You can request summaries that include the current price, previous price, percentage change, and product name in a structured format your BI tools can ingest directly.
The team can also wire structured change data into your Google Sheets, matching your internal schemas.

This is useful for teams that feed monitoring data into other systems: dashboards, CRM records, compliance databases, or reporting pipelines. Instead of manually pulling data from alert emails, the data arrives pre-formatted and ready to use.

Pre-Set Data Starter Pack
Starting a monitoring program from scratch means identifying every URL you need to track. For some use cases, that list runs into hundreds of pages. That's a lot of research before you monitor a single thing.
The Pre-Set Data Starter Pack gives Solutions customers a curated set of pages to monitor, tailored to their industry and use case. Examples:
- Public SaaS pricing across your competitive set, pre-identified and organized
- Global environmental regulations from relevant government agencies
- Industry-specific regulatory sources mapped to your compliance requirements
Instead of weeks of URL research, you start monitoring on day one.
Adaptive AI Feedback
Every alert includes a thumbs up or thumbs down option. When you rate an alert, Visualping AI uses that feedback to sharpen detection precision for that specific monitoring job over time.

The system learns the difference between changes you care about and routine updates that should be filtered. Over multiple feedback cycles, your Important Alert accuracy improves without needing to rewrite your prompt. You train it by using it.
Gated Data: monitor behind logins and paywalls
Standard monitoring works on publicly accessible pages. Gated Data extends monitoring to pages behind authentication layers:
- Competitor portals requiring login credentials
- Subscription-only regulatory databases
- Authenticated dashboards and internal tools
- Paywalled content sources
Your monitoring data stays private to your account. It is not used to train AI models for other users.
